Project Selection- Film

I may be interested in creating a film for my project. During the course of Media Studies class, I have learned about different camera angles, shots and camera movements. These would all be things to consider when making a film. I would enjoy making a comedy or a horror film because I am most interested in those genres. It would be fun to be able to come up with my own story line and script by myself. A possible downside of creating a film would be my budget. I won't have access to the setting I might prefer so my setting options may be slim. There also will not be a lot of money to spend on costume design, everything would have to be homemade or very cheap. A bad costume design would make it difficult to create a good film. Pros- - Fun to film - can come up with an original idea - can chose actors, costume etc. Cons- - low budget - not a lot of setting options - possible drama between cast - reliability of other people in the group (people may be sick or busy)

I would also enjoy using photographs to portray my information, and using a format that makes my reader interested in what to say. I like to travel a lot so I have photographs from the different places I have been, most recently being Europe. After reading a magazine about travel in class, I feel inspired to create my own travel magazine using my experiences. I am creative and have good magazine ideas. This project will allow me to express my thoughts and ideas by using...
