CCR question 4

Technology was very important to the making of my magazine. For example, I was only taking photos with an Iphone xs, not an actual camera, so I had to take advantage of whatever editing the phone had for me to use. I used a lot of light enhancing to make my photographs look brighter. I also used a color enhancing setting that mad the scene look more colorful. All of these skills helped make my magazine look more professional.

While actually assembling the magazine, I had to learn how to use the App In Design where I could crop my photos around my articles. I did this by emailing myself the photos I wished to use, then I opened gmail onto the computer I was using and downloaded the photographs onto the computer where they were then copied and pasted onto the In Design app. This app is where I made final changes to help fit the photo into the space that was given. I had to learn my way around to app in order to figure out the placement of my photos that would look best in my magazine.

 The magazine Arizona Highways uses Twitter to sell shirts, books, and stickers. I like how the T-shirt can be for both boys and girls so that anyone can buy it. Although This shirt only comes in one size. It probably cannot be worn by everyone. If my magazine could sell clothes, I would want to sell baseball style caps with creative logos on the front. Caps can be worn by boys and girls, and they can be adjusted accordingly. Hats would be more efficient because they come in one size. Hats are normally not that expensive too.

My Target Audience

The audience my magazine is targeting is for any ages, but the people who may be the most interested in it would be teenagers. This is because most of the content is bases on clothes and activities that teens like to use and do. Although any age group would enjoy looking through my magazine, teenagers could get the most out of my pages. Specifically, this magazine is for teenagers that are traveling and want to be with the current style and fashion of 2020. Most of the content viewed at in my magazine is based around more feminine styles and activities. This magazine will probably draw the attention of young teens that like to be up to speed with the latest trends.
